📐 Sizing & Hanging

How do I choose the right size?
For above a sofa (84"): choose 24–36" canvas, or pair two 16–20" pieces.
For above a queen bed: 20–30" works best.
For above a desk: 16–24" is the sweet spot — visible on Zoom without overpowering.
For a gallery wall accent: 6–10" sizes work as standalone or in groups of 3.

How do I hang the canvas?
Every canvas arrives with a pre-installed sawtooth bracket. One nail, one minute, hung. No special tools needed.

Can I create a 3-piece gallery wall?
Absolutely — most of our products include cross-sell pairing recommendations in the description. Hang the canvases with 2 inches of breathing room between each for a magazine-finish look.

🎨 Quality & Materials

What is the canvas made of?
Premium 320gsm cotton-polyester composite with a proprietary matte coating. Hand-stretched over solid 1.25-inch FSC-certified radial pine from sustainably managed forests.

Will the colors fade?
No. We use archival pigment inks rated for 75+ years of indoor fade resistance — the same museum-grade standard used for permanent collection prints.

Are the inks safe for bedrooms and nurseries?
Yes. All our canvases are printed with Greenguard Gold certified non-toxic latex inks — zero VOCs, safe for sensitive sleepers, children, and pets.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Europe.

How long does US shipping take?
Production takes 3–5 business days, then 3–7 business days for delivery. Total: typically 6–12 business days door to door.

How long does European shipping take?
Production takes 3–5 business days, then 5–10 business days for delivery. Total: typically 8–15 business days door to door. Our EU GPSR representative is Honson Ventures, Cyprus.

Is shipping free?
Free shipping on US orders over $75. European shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Are there customs charges in Europe?
European customers may be responsible for local VAT or customs duties depending on their country. These charges are not included in the shipping price and are paid directly to the local authorities upon delivery.

How is the canvas packaged?
Shipped flat in rigid mailers with corner protectors to prevent shipping damage.

🛡️ Returns & Guarantee

What if my canvas arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-Day Damage-Free Guarantee. If it arrives less than perfect, we replace it free. Just send a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Can I return my canvas if I change my mind?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our canvases, we accept returns within 30 days only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Custom-printed items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

🎁 Gifts & Special Orders

Can I send a canvas as a gift?
Yes. Each canvas ships with an included card explaining the symbol's meaning — perfect for housewarmings, weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays. Shipping address can be different from billing address.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our premium rigid packaging is gift-presentation quality — no additional wrapping needed for most occasions.

Can I order custom sizes?
We currently offer fixed sizes from 6" to 36" depending on the piece. For custom dimensions, contact us — we'll see what we can do.

💳 Payment & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay (where available). Klarna and Afterpay let you split payments into 4 interest-free installments.

How do I use a discount code?
At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount code" field before completing payment. New customers: use code KEMET10 for 10% off your first order.
