RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At NS-TRENDY, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every artwork we create. All canvas prints are made-to-order and produced with museum-grade materials, including premium 320gsm canvas and archival-quality inks.
30-DAY DAMAGE-FREE GUARANTEE
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive:
- Damaged in transit (torn canvas, cracked frame, punctures)
- With print defects (significant color banding, blurring)
- Materially different from product description
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the made-to-order nature of our canvases, the following are NOT eligible for return:
- Change of mind / no longer wanted
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Color perception differences between screens and print
- Damage from improper handling after delivery
- Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact our support team at support@ns-trendy.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs.
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
4. If approved, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Klarna and Afterpay follow their respective refund timelines. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
European customers: any local VAT or customs duties paid upon delivery are not refundable by NS-TRENDY — these are charged by your local authorities.
