About NS-TRENDY
We're NS-TRENDY
Egyptian sacred art, reimagined for modern walls.
Where We Started
NS-TRENDY was founded with one specific frustration in mind.
Egyptian art is one of the oldest, most meaningful visual traditions in human history. The Ankh has been a sacred symbol of life-force for over 5,000 years. The Eye of Horus has protected sleeping spaces for as long. The Lotus, the Scarab, the Aten — these aren't just beautiful images. They're operating principles that an entire civilization built itself around.
And yet, when you go looking for Egyptian wall art online, what do you find?
Plastic pyramid figurines. Tourist-grade pharaoh statues. Mass-produced posters with no soul. Cheap reproductions printed on flimsy materials that fade in a year. Generic "Egyptian decor" that looks like it came from a 1990s theme restaurant.
The depth and dignity of the original art — erased. The symbolic meaning — reduced to costume aesthetic. Egypt's spiritual technology, the kind that built temples that still stand 3,000 years later, treated like a Halloween prop.
We started NS-TRENDY to do the opposite.
What We Make
We make Egyptian wall art the way the ancient temple painters would have made it if they had access to modern materials and modern homes:
- Reverent to the original symbolism. Every piece is researched, not reinvented. The Ankh actually means what the Ankh meant. The Eye of Horus is rendered with the proper proportions and the actual sacred markings, not Photoshop approximations.
- Reimagined for modern interiors. We translate the ancient palette (terracotta, lapis, gold, olive) into modern design languages — Japandi, Wabi-Sabi, Boho, Modern Luxury. The depth of the original meaning, in a form that actually fits a 2026 living room.
- Made with materials worth the meaning. Premium 320gsm cotton-poly canvas. Greenguard Gold certified non-toxic latex inks (zero VOCs). FSC-certified pine frames from sustainably managed forests. 75+ year fade resistance. Hand-stretched, ready to hang.
- Printed in the USA, on demand. No warehouses full of fading inventory. Every canvas is printed when you order it. Ships in 3–5 business days.
Why "Kemet" Matters to Us
You'll see the word Kemet appear across our products and articles. It's the Egyptians' own name for their land — it means "the Black Land," a reference to the rich Nile soil that made their civilization possible.
"Egypt" is a Greek word. The Egyptians never called themselves that. They were the people of Kemet.
We use the term deliberately. It honors the civilization on its own terms instead of through a colonial lens. It connects each piece to a living spiritual tradition rather than a tourist aesthetic. And it signals what we believe: this art deserves the dignity of its original context.
Who We Make This For
The people whose homes our canvases land in tend to share certain qualities. They are:
- People who care about meaning. They'd rather have one piece with 5,000 years of intentional symbolism than ten pieces of mass-produced abstract decor.
- People with spiritual practice. Yoga teachers. Meditation practitioners. Healers. People who set up altars. People who treat their home as a place of inner work, not just shelter.
- People in transition. New mothers. People recovering from grief. Entrepreneurs starting new chapters. Anyone who wants daily anchors for becoming someone new.
- People drawn to ancient wisdom. Mythology enthusiasts. History lovers. Those who suspect that the modern world has forgotten things the ancient world knew.
- People building intentional homes. Designers and design-conscious homeowners who want their walls to say something — not just fill space.
If any of that sounds like you, welcome. You're in the right place.

One Last Thing
The temples of Karnak still stand. The tombs of the Valley of the Kings still hold their paintings. The Sphinx still watches the horizon. Some art outlasts everything.
We make our canvases to belong in that tradition — not as imitation, but as continuation. The walls you live with shape the person you're becoming. Choose carefully.
