Returns & Damage Guarantee

Every NS-TRENDY canvas is made-to-order with museum-grade materials. Because each piece is custom-produced upon order, our return policy focuses on quality assurance rather than change-of-mind returns.

🛡️ 30-Day Damage-Free Guarantee

If your canvas arrives less than perfect — bent corner, ink defect, frame damage, or any quality issue — we replace it free.

How to claim: Send a photo of the damage to our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. We'll process your replacement immediately. No need to ship the damaged canvas back.

✅ Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement, your canvas must:

  • Arrive with visible physical damage (torn canvas, cracked frame, punctures)
  • Have a print defect (significant color banding, blurring not in the original artwork)
  • Be materially different from what was shown on our website

📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us through our Contact page with your order number
  2. Include clear photos of the damage or defect
  3. Our team reviews requests within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we send a replacement at no cost — OR — issue a full refund
  5. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of approval

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our canvases, the following are NOT eligible for return:

  • Change of mind / no longer wanted
  • Incorrect size selection by customer
  • Color perception differences between screens and print
  • Damage from improper handling after delivery
  • Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery

This is standard for custom-printed art — each canvas is created specifically for your order, and we cannot resell custom prints.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Klarna and Afterpay payments follow their respective refund timelines. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🌍 International Customers

European customers: any local VAT or customs duties paid upon delivery are not refundable by NS-TRENDY — these are charged by your local authorities.
