Every NS-TRENDY canvas is made-to-order in the USA — printed, stretched, and quality-checked before it ships to you. Here's exactly what to expect.
⏱️ Production Time
3–5 business days before your order ships. This is not a warehouse — your canvas is created fresh when you order. Quality-checked twice before leaving the facility.

US orders ship via USPS or UPS with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

💰 VAT & Customs (European Orders)
Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to local VAT or import duties upon arrival, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are collected by your local customs authority — not by NS-TRENDY — and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tip: Most EU countries have a de minimis threshold below which no customs duty applies. Many of our smaller canvas orders fall below these thresholds.
📦 Packaging
Every canvas ships in a reinforced rigid mailer with corner protectors and internal padding. Canvas damage in transit is extremely rare — but if it happens, our 30-day damage-free guarantee covers you completely.
🔍 Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships (usually within 3–5 business days of placing the order). Track directly via USPS, UPS, or the carrier's website using your tracking number.
⚠️ Delivery Issues
- Package marked delivered but not received? Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom first. If still missing after 2 business days, contact us and we'll open a trace.
- Package significantly delayed? Carrier delays occasionally happen, especially for European orders. Contact us if your order is more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery window.
- Wrong address entered? Contact us immediately via our Contact page. We can update addresses before production starts — but not after.
